SAAS marketing mode
This mode is aimed at private users or very small entities.
From its origin, the O-DGuide application was intended to be distributed "in SaaS MODE", that is to say as a Web service based on the i-Tego SaaS system. In this mode, the visitor (the Internet user accessing the audio guide site to build his audio guide) must register on the SaaS system, adopt one of the packages offered and take out a subscription.
From then on, he is completely autonomous to create and update his audio guide, at no additional cost.
AGENCY marketing mode
This mode is aimed at professionals.
In this mode, the customer asks the i-Tego company to build the audio guide.
The client can delegate the entire work (production of media and texts) or provide all the necessary documents.
This mode also allows more complex functionalities (mapping, games, etc.) not accessible by the "middle office".
The i-Tego SaaS system continues to condition access to the middle office, authentication is done by OAUTHSD. After the audio guide is put into service, i-Tego registers the authors in the SAAS system and creates a special subscription for them. Access identifiers (login and password) are assigned to the customer to allow them to access the audio guide middle office in order, in particular, to make rapid changes to the content independently.
The creation of an audio guide in agency mode is the subject of a quote, and, possibly, a contract specifying the conditions for maintaining it in service. An annual subscription is due and paid under the same conditions as SaaS mode.
AUTONOMOUS marketing mode
The objective of this mode is to provide the client with an O-DGuide application that can be installed on their server to allow them to be completely autonomous.
The i-Tego SaaS system is removed, authentication is done by SPIP. We are no longer talking about a “SaaS” application but a “multi-tenant” one.
The site works like any ordinary SPIP application, with administrator, editor and visitor roles. This allows you to use all the power of SPIP’s editorial functionalities, and in particular the supervision of an editorial team: management of the publishing program, scheduled and controlled online posting, messaging with editors, management of successive versions, etc.
The supply of an O-DGuide system in stand-alone mode is subject to a quote, a contract and the delivery of an operating license specifying the rights granted.
